Standard subscriptions include reserved dates and your favorite seats for the entire season. We’ll guarantee you the same seat, on the same night for each show.


The flex-pass offers a great alternative for those “on the go” with flexible dates, seats and number of tickets to use for any performance. Those with unpredictable schedules and plans love this option.

Diamond Head Theatre is a nonprofit organization that relies on community contributions to fund its productions and programs. Ticket sales cover less than 50% of expenses. Unlimited ticket exchanges at no fee is available to subscribers with 24-hours notice during weekday box office hours prior to the date on your current ticket. No same-day of show exchanges. If no seats are available in the same section as your subscription seats, you may need to upgrade your section and are responsible for those costs. Refunds will not be provided for exchanges into a lower price seat. Since ticket exchanges are processed at the time of the request, your seat will likely be sold immediately due to the high demand for tickets.

Call (808)733-0274 Monday – Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Request new performance/seats as a subscriber. Return the original tickets to the box office within 3 business days. Pick up new tickets at the will-call window or enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your returned tickets for mail delivery. Subscribers may also exchange in person at the box office.

Notify the box office of lost tickets that can be reprinted with proof of ID.

If you missed your show and were unable to exchange your tickets ahead of time, our Standby Option allows you to see the show at a later date if available.

On the night you wish to attend, bring unused tickets for the missed performance. If your tickets were held at the box office, just provide your name. Check in at the Box Office 1 hour before curtain time and request to be on the Subscriber Standby List. Your name will be called if seats become available. Should we be able to seat you, there will be a $2 fee per ticket.


Attendees may park in our back lot accessible from Alohea Street or at Kapiolani Community College.

Performance starts promptly at the advertised time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management. Should you arrive late, the House Manager will seat you at the earliest possible opportunity. Reserved seats are not guaranteed after the performance starts, and latecomers may be seated in the back of the theatre out of courtesy to the performers and other patrons.

All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend any performance. In compliance with fire safety regulations, everyone must occupy a seat and for the safety and enjoyment of your fellow patrons. We strongly recommend that children, under the age of 5, not attend shows other than those considered toddler-friendly. Some shows contain mature content, language or themes. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to call the DHT Box Office at (808) 733-0274. For the comfort of all, anyone making a disturbance will be asked to leave regardless of age.
