BALLET DANCE

These
dance workshops are for the advanced beginner and above.
These workshops are for those with knowledge of ballet terminology
and positions.
Class emphasis is on placement, body awareness, direction of energy
and quality of movement. The goal of this class is to strengthen
ballet technique which is the foundation of all dance forms.
