DIAMOND HEAD THEATRE'S ANNOUNCES 2006-2007 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Honolulu, HI, January 8, 2007 —Diamond Head Theatre announces its Board of Directors for the 2006-2007 fiscal year. Gabriel Lee, Sr. Vice President Commercial Markets at American Savings Bank, was elected Chairman of the Board. Hugh C. Damon, managing director for RE/MAX Honolulu Commercial, was named President of the Board.

The appointment of other Executive committee officers include: Timothy E. Johns to Vice President/Treasurer, Rae McCorkle Sultan to Vice President/Treasurer, and Gary Kai as Immediate Past Chair.

The theatre has also added eight new members to its Board of Directors: Patrick (Rick) Ching, Christina Doane, Joey Harris, Jonathan McManus, Lance A. Mizumoto, Justin Kai Romig, Jason Taylor, and Vernon Wong.

Serving as Board members are: Joan S. Bellinger, Carolyn A. Berry, Ronnie Cantor, George Chalekian, Sidney C.L. Char, Lynn Cook, Uli Cutter, Paul I. deVille, William Dixon, Uson Y. Ewart, Dennis Francis, Devon Guard, Kay Hampton, Corine Hayashi, Alton Kuioka, Emily M. Kuraoka, Christopher L. Lau, Michael A. Lilly, John Magauran, M.D., Sharon S. McPhee, Laurence Paxton, Ann B. Simpson, Tom Smyth, Noel G. Trainor, Paul Tremaine, Sharen Wago, Indru Watumull, and Wendell J. Wo.
